Please remember, our policy is effective for 14 days from the date your order arrives. If it has been more than 14 days since you received your delivery, we may not be able to process your request.

Images should be taken on a flat surface, highlighting any tags or issues. Once we verify the problem, we'll promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, and in most cases, you won’t need to return the faulty item. Please note, our guarantee covers manufacturing faults but does not extend to:

  • Damage resulting from accidents
  • Damage due to misuse or improper operation
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Changes in color or material due to prolonged sun exposure

The same 14-day window applies for damaged or defective items. Requests made after this period may unfortunately not qualify for a full refund or replacement.
